Our Story

    Our journey began in 1935 when my grandfather, Felix G. Pierce, purchased this beautiful property in Waverly Hall, Georgia. Felix was quite the graftsman, renowned for his skill in grafting various fruit trees. Among his many successful grafts were pecan trees that have since become a cherished part of our family’s heritage. As a child, I fondly remember hand-picking pecans during the harvest season, a tradition that has been passed down through generations.

    Today, along with my sister, Valorie, and brother-in-law, Frank, we proudly own and operate Pierce Road Farms. This land, enriched with history and dedication, has remained in our family since its inception. My son, Adam Pierce, represents the next generation, ensuring that our legacy continues to thrive.
